Hey, I just bought and registered rift 2. On the “Products & Downloads” page Ive downloaded, “↓ Mac Installer(2.0.1r2)”. My download of 100MB says completed but its just a blank file and I’m unable to open it. When I examine the file, it says its a document. Do I need to change the filetype, or has something gone wrong? Thanks
Hey @stivenadsf — you should be able to add “.pkg” to the end of the file name and then it will work.
This issue recently came up with downloading the Mac installer on Firefox. If that’s not what you’re using, please let me know!
