Is it me or is it impossible to make a really small room reverb with small decay? Its always has a reverb tail.
Have you tried shifting the balance knob to the left so you’re only hearing the diffusion stage?
On the left the diffusion gives you more of the short room sound, while the controls on the right control the larger tail settings, often when going for the more subtle / natural room sound, I’ll put the balance to the left so the reverb is only playing the diffusion.
